Presenting the first edition of the Fantasy RPG Zine by Horned Toad Games: The Horned Toad. Each zine will contain a mini campaign containing a thrilling story and plot hooks, unique monsters and challenges, wonderful loot and maybe even a riddle or two 🐸
The content of the zine is based on the 5E system. You might choose to integrate the complete story in your campaign or use certain elements of it. Whichever way you choose to play it, I’m sure you’ll have a great time challenging your group of heroes!
The first zine plays out the story of Kaoru, The Forest Spirit of Odilon and its descend into anger and darkness. The heroes must deal with its corruption on the Elves of Yonji Village. The zine offers plot hooks, story ideas, NPCs and unique monsters 🦉
